    Our Fast Track Plan

    This is the fast track option if you want to see quick results! Whether you are slimming for an occasion and have less than a stone to lose or whether you have more weight to come off but need a kick start, intense first month to get you on your way.

    Choose four of our meal options each day, plus a snack and watch the weight come off!

    • 4 Mealpacks per day = 100% RDA daily for 3 weeks
    • Week 4 - Add a meal once a day
    • 1 healthy snack per day
    • Repeat this four-week cycle until you reach your goal

    If you have more to lose but want the flexibility of adding in your own healthy choices from a list of options then try the regular plan. You can still have four of our delicious meal options each day but you can add a meal and have an extra snack from a list of tasty choices that you prepare yourself.

    Flexible Approach

    This is the halfway house, if you want to lose weight but need the flexibility to eat a meal with protein, vegetables and salad, plus extra snacks then give this option a go. The weight will come off, not as quickly as with the other plans, but will give you more options to fit with your lifestyle.
