Our plans are simple. You substitute your meals with our foods, choosing from a delicious range of easy-to-prepare soups, shakes, meals and bars. On many of the plans, including our most popular one, you also enjoy healthy foods and snacks.
All About Weight has a range of plans to suit you and the best thing about the diet is you can switch your plan at anytime. For example, if you feel you want to eat more calories on your plan, you can move from rapid to regular or 50/50 which offers additional healthy food.
Losing weight is a challenge and we’ll provide you with all the help and support you need. We’ve designed our plans to give you total flexibility, allowing you to fit your diet around your lifestyle.
